IndiGo, a leading airline company, has announced the launch of its new AI-driven chatbot named 6Eskai on Monday, equipped with the latest GPT-4 technology. Aimed at enhancing customer experience, the chatbot is capable of a multitude of functions such as making ticket reservations, applying special discount codes, and managing web check-ins with ease.

Streamlined Booking and Customer Support

The introduction of 6Eskai follows the recent deployment of Maharaja, an AI chatbot by Air India, as airlines increasingly turn to technology for improving service quality. 6Eskai is designed to simplify the travel process for IndiGo's passengers by providing round-the-clock assistance in 10 different languages, ensuring accessibility for a diverse customer base.

This advanced chatbot has been developed internally by IndiGo's digital team alongside Microsoft. It stands as a testament to IndiGo's commitment to adopting cutting-edge technologies and tailoring services to meet customer's needs.
