China's three largest telecommunications companies, China Mobile, China Telecom, and China Unicom, have recently adopted DeepSeek's open-source large language model in their operations, as reported by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Saturday.

Moreover, Huawei Technologies has joined the trend by launching DeepSeek's large models utilizing its own cloud services, previously relying on its in-house Ascend solutions for chip and computing resources.
