iOS 18.4 Has Arrived: New Features Including Emojis, Food Section, and AI Notifications

Apple Inc. has officially rolled out iOS 18.4, along with iPadOS 18.4, macOS 15.4, and VisionOS 2.4, introducing a variety of fresh features and improvements across its lineup of devices.

What’s New: The latest iOS 18.4 update brings notable enhancements, including the addition of a new Apple News+ Food section within the News app. This section is dedicated to food enthusiasts, featuring a collection of articles, cooking tips, and exclusive recipes specifically for Apple News+ subscribers.

Moreover, the update includes a range of new emojis for users to enjoy. In addition to this, iOS 18.4 introduces priority AI notifications in the Notification Center. This feature leverages artificial intelligence to better organize and prioritize notifications, ensuring that the most important alerts rise to the top.

The Photos app has also benefited from this update, receiving enhanced filtering options that allow users to sort their images more effectively. For audiophiles, AirPods Max users can now enjoy lossless audio quality, enhancing their listening experience.

As for VisionOS 2.4, changes have been made to expand the capabilities of the Vision Pro headset. New Apple Intelligence features have been introduced, allowing users to utilize Writing Tools and Image Playground effectively. Additionally, sharing the Vision Pro with another user is now easier, and apps can be downloaded remotely using the Apple Vision Pro app for iPhone.

A novel Spatial Gallery app has been included as well, offering a curated collection of spatial photos and videos to enhance the immersive experience.
