Today marks the launch of the Nothing Phone 3a, but prior to the event, a leak has revealed its pricing details. The starting price for the Nothing Phone 3a is set at Rs 24,999 for the model equipped with 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage. For those looking for more storage, the 8GB RAM and 256GB variant will be available at Rs 26,999.

The official launch is scheduled for March 4, 2025. Nothing, the London-based tech company led by Carl Pei, is set to introduce two smartphones today: the Nothing Phone 3a and the Nothing Phone 3a Pro. These devices fall into the mid-range category, aiming to provide quality and affordability. Ahead of the official announcement, the company shared information on its X handle regarding the launch timing, stating, "Phone (3a) Series. Technically refined. Enlightened in every aspect. According to leaks from Smartprix, via partner Shivam Kumar, the prices for the Nothing Phone 3a are as follows: Rs 24,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage option, while the 8GB RAM and 256GB variant will retail for Rs 26,999. Additionally, a model with 12GB RAM and 256GB of storage will be priced at Rs 28,999.

Pricing of Nothing Phone 3a Pro

On the other hand, the Nothing Phone 3a Pro will start at Rs 31,999 for the base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The 256GB version with 8GB RAM is priced at Rs 33,999, while the top-end model featuring 12GB RAM and 256GB storage comes at Rs 35,999. There’s a possibility of a launch bank discount, which could reduce the price by Rs 2,000 off the MRP.

Specifications and Features

What can you expect from these devices? Both the Nothing Phone 3a and 3a Pro will be powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, ensuring efficient performance. Camera-wise, both models are equipped with a 50 MP main sensor and an 8 MP ultrawide sensor. However, the Pro model boasts an additional 50 MP periscope lens enabling 3X optical zoom, whereas the standard version supports 2X optical zoom.

Both devices feature a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, achieving peak brightness levels of 3,000 nits. They are also supported by a robust 5,000 mAh battery that can fully charge in approximately 56 minutes.

Another intriguing addition is the anticipated presence of an Action Button, reminiscent of Apple’s iPhone 16. Dubbed the “Essential Space” feature by Nothing, this button is expected to activate specific functionalities, potentially including some form of artificial intelligence.
